Le Bonheur Ashiya — Delivering Happiness in Every Bite

Introduction

Nestled in the serene city of Ashiya, Le Bonheur Ashiya is more than a patisserie. Each confection carries the artisan’s passion, the life of the ingredients, and the essence of the season—a true experience of happiness. The name Le Bonheur, meaning “happiness” in French, reflects our commitment to delivering moments of delight and discovery in everyday life.

Connection to France
Le Bonheur Ashiya brings French patisserie tradition to Japan through an exclusive partnership with Mon Pari Gourmand, a prestigious Maison founded in 1957. CEO Xavier Conroy upholds the principle that “quality is everything,” personally sourcing ingredients from small-scale farms to ensure uncompromising excellence. More than half of the
Maison’s chefs and chocolatiers have over 30 years of experience, infusing Le Bonheur Ashiya’s creations with mastery and passion.

Ingredients and Craftsmanship
Our pastries combine French techniques with the finest Japanese ingredients.
Seasonal fruits, fragrant nuts, and fermented butter are carefully prepared to maximize their natural flavor, with meticulous attention to temperature, timing, and hand-finishing. The Ashiya Infused Fruit “Kotobuki Ichigo” features Kanazawa gold leaf,
highlighting the intrinsic beauty and delicacy of the ingredients.

Connection With Customers
We cherish the moments when customers enjoy our sweets in their daily lives. Reviews praise the refined sweetness, perfect texture, and suitability for gifting, reflecting shared experiences of happiness. The patisserie has been recognized in Gurunavi’s Corporate Gift Awards and certified in the 2024 OMOTENASHI Selection, highlighting
excellence from a professional perspective.

Everyday Luxury
We value small indulgences in everyday life, not just for special occasions. Pastries with morning coffee or tarts for afternoon tea offer moments of quiet luxury, serving as gentle rewards amidst the busyness of daily life.
