Ingredients (for 4 pancakes)
• Tatata-do Pancake Mix 1 bag
• Whole Milk / Soy Milk 130 ml (1/2 cup)
• Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
Directions
1. Pour the bag of pancake mix in a bowl and stir
2. In a separate bowl, mix together the milk and oil until they well blended. (optional: add vanilla extract for additional flavor)
3. Add the liquid to the pancake mix, and stir gently for about 10 seconds.
4. Coat the fry pan with oil, and once warm, pour the batter to approx. 1/3 inch thickness.
5. Cook over low-medium heat for about 2-3 mins. When you see bubbles form on the surface, flip and cook the other side. Once both sides are golden brown, it's ready.
