Rice Flour Pancakes
1. Mix the batter gently
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Tip: Do not overmix. It’s okay if there are small lumps.
2. Heat the pan
Heat your pan on medium heat, then lower it to medium-low.
Too hot is not good. The outside will burn.
3. Pour and wait
Pour the batter into the pan and do not touch it.
When you see small bubbles on top, it’s ready to flip.
4. Flip and cook slowly
Flip the pancake and cook on low heat.
Rice flour needs more time to cook inside.
5. Eat while hot
Eat right away for the best taste!
Soft on the outside, chewy inside.
