Introducing Kopitto Rice Pancakes
from Yamanashi
Kopitto Rice Flour Pancake Mix
This pancake mix is made by Kopitto, a farm in Hokuto City, Yamanashi, near Mt. Yatsugatake. The farm has clean spring water, fresh air, and lots of nature. Kopitto believes that taking care of the land makes food healthy and kind for people. Their pancake mix brings this idea to your kitchen.
Kopitto uses special rice called Mizuhotikara and Emitawawa. The rice is grown with very few chemicals, so it tastes natural and good. The soil and water help the rice grow strong and healthy.
The rice is ground into very fine flour. This makes pancakes that are soft, fluffy, and a little chewy. The mix has no sugar and no wheat, so you can taste the rice’s natural sweetness. All ingredients come from rice (except baking powder), and it is safe for people with common food allergies.
The pancake mix is gluten-free and sugar-free, so you can make it sweet or not sweet. It goes well with maple syrup, butter, red bean paste, or cream. You can eat it how you like!
These pancakes are more than just food. They show how Kopitto cares for the land and the people who eat the pancakes. Every pancake is made to be kind to the earth and to you.
