Our rice flour pancake mix is made using specially cultivated rice, ideal for rice flour production.

To achieve a light and fluffy texture, the rice is finely milled to a micron-level smoothness. Kopitto’s rice flour pancake mix contains no added sugar and is completely gluten-free. Except for the baking powder, all ingredients are derived solely from rice.
