Kopitto rice flour pancake mix is made using specially cultivated rice, ideal for rice flour production. To achieve a light and fluffy texture, the rice is finely milled to a micron-level smoothness. Kopitto’s rice flour pancake mix contains no added sugar and is completely gluten-free. Pure and simple, this mix contains just two ingredients - Rice flour and baking powder (alum-free).

• 150g Kopitto Pancake Mix (half the bag)
• 1 Egg
• 100 ml Whole Milk
• Oil
• Optional: 40g Sugar
Easy 5-Step Guide
1. Whisk the Base - In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together until fully combined.
2. Add the Magic Mix - Add the Rice Flour Pancake Mix and stir until the batter is smooth. If using sugar, add here.
Pro-Tip: Unlike wheat flour, rice flour is naturally lump-free and doesn't get "tough" if overmixed. Don't worry about being too delicate—just stir until it's silky!
3. Prep the Heat - Heat your frying pan or griddle over medium heat. For a perfectly even golden color, briefly place the hot pan on a damp kitchen towel to stabilize the temperature, then return it to the stove on low-medium heat.
4. The "Bubble" Signal - Pour the batter to form a beautiful circle. Watch for tiny bubbles to pop on the surface—that’s your cue to flip!
5. Golden Finish - Flip and cook the other side for another 2–3 minutes. Once both sides are beautifully golden brown, your Japanese masterpiece is ready.
