SOIL TABLE is a brand created by Lucknow Laboratory to share the richness of Ehime’s agriculture through thoughtful food-making. The strawberry jams are crafted to express the ideal strawberry flavor through blending.

The Rainbow Jams — offered in two and three-layer versions — highlight this approach visually and sensorially, while the blueberry jam delivers a clean, focused fruit expression. The Lemon Card
SOIL TABLE’s lemon curd is made from freshly harvested “Kaminoshima Lemon” grown on Omishima Island in Ehime, known for its mild acidity and fragrant peel. Two kinds of locally raised eggs — one light and delicate, the other rich and full-bodied — are blended to create a curd that is smooth, gently sweet, and deeply satisfying. The result recalls the softness of custard or rare cheesecake, achieved only through fresh, carefully selected ingredients.
