This refreshing sparkling tea is made with Awa Bancha, a traditional post fermented tea enjoyed since the 1600s. Born in Tokushima, the birthplace of Awa Bancha, it offers a medium bodied taste with bright acidity and a distinct, aromatic character.
Best served well chilled, it pairs especially well with rich dishes, fried foods, fermented foods, and seafood. Enjoy it with Saikyo grilled fish, fried oysters, trout sushi, or your favorite seafood meal.
