It begins with preparing the soil in winter, planting the seedlings, harvesting in autumn, and preparing the soil again – a timeless golden cycle.
Homemade compost is mixed in generously to the rice paddies, allowing fungi and microorganisms to thrive, creating a rich, fluffy soil.
Once done with planting, water levels in the paddies are checked every morning and evening.
